Growing up in a house full of animals, it’s no surprise that I developed a love for veterinary medicine early on. I had the privilege of working alongside my father, who is also a veterinarian, throughout high school, which solidified my passion for this field. I left my home state of New Hampshire to pursue my education at the University of Chicago, followed by the University of Illinois Veterinary College, where I earned my degree in 2021.
After graduating, I returned home to work at my family's practice for two years. However, two key factors led me to move down to Virginia: my desire to gain experience in a larger hospital setting and my wife’s exciting job offer in Washington, DC, upon her graduation. I’m thrilled to be part of the team here, where I can continue pursuing my passions—meeting new people, caring for new pets, and, of course, keeping their teeth clean! (The pets’ teeth, not the people’s!)
